How do I pay for parts.

GPS offer a selection of payment methods, including Paypal, World Pay or Credit card and you can of course call to see us at our trade counter where you can make payment by cash.

Am I getting a bargain.

Due to the purchasing power of GPS you are guaranteed to save money, with savings in many cases over 50%, we are that confident that our price will not be beaten that if you find the exact same part cheaper within 7 days of purchase we will refund the difference

Can I order a part if I do not have the part number?

Of course, our parts advisers have years of experience and will be happy to identify the correct part for you, simply fill in our contact us sheet with as much information as possible and we will do the hard work for you alternatively you can call our customer service line 01924 635111 with your enquiry. Please note our advisers are unable to quote part numbers instead they will provide you with a unique quote reference which will remain valid 30 days or stocks are sold.

GPS are the sister company to Autovaux who have been supplying Vauxhall parts to Retail and trade for the past 13 years .

Question 5

What guarantee will my part have?

 All parts are covered by a 12 months, 12,000 miles warranty as minimum however some parts may be subject to longer guarantees. Full details can be found in the more info section for each part.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days, an express service may be selected at checkout.

Question 7

How will my parts be delivered?

We offer a range of delivery options by either Royal mail or courier, free delivery is available on many parts in which case we will choose the best delivery option for the part ordered. In the event that you need to pay for delivery you be offered a range of suitable options at checkout.
